Artist Spotlight Experience-Summer Camp 2019!

The Artist Spotlight Experience is our brand of summer workshops geared at students looking to learn more about careers in creative design, film, animation, broadcasting and other areas of the media.

By bringing students into a cinematic world complete with industry-grade equipment, and renowned, talented instructors. We will provide a unique, unforgettable learning experience that will prepare your children to successfully face obstacles, shape their character, build new skills and reinforce their confidence in an exciting, fun-packed environment.

Cost and fees:

The Film & TV Production camp is designed for students aged 8-14 years old. 

College Park Fees:Tuition is $179 for the week for full day camp. Half-day camp (9am-1:30pm)is $100 per week. Call or email to inquire about financial assistance or sponsorship eligibility for a student.

There is a $100 deposit to hold a seat with the remaining balance to be paid before camp starts. Camps are held at school and community facilities in Lawrenceville and College Park, Ga.

College Park: June 10-14|8:30am-3:30pm-(Deposit)

There will be instructors the morning of class to guide parents to the area of the school where class is being held. Please try to arrive early to allow time for parking.

Camp instruction runs from 9:00-3:30 every day with drop off beginning at 8:30am. Pick up is between 3:30-4:30pm which will be after-care time (no additional fee) Students will bring their own lunch for the day.

Some of Our Instructors Include

Chrystal Ellzy, Screenwriter

Chrystal Ellzy got her start at Tyler Perry Studios as a Writer's Assistant. Since then, she's written on several Tyler Perry shows including House of Payne and Meet the Browns. She's also worked on the Rickey Smiley Show and Mann & Wife. With her producing partner and husband, Jamall Ellzy, Arrowfish Entertainment was created, which features the original one hour drama, Castle Ridge. 

Matthew Head, Film Composer

With over 10 years of scoring experience, Matthew has found much success in the realms of film and media. His composition credits include numerous scores for movies, documentaries, and even commercials.  In 2016, Matthew was called on to produce the music for the scripted drama television series, Greenleaf produced by Oprah Winfrey, Clement Virgo, and Lionsgate Television.
